Who are the influencers?

The influencers are influencers who have partnered with Open Earth Labs. They are leaders in their fields and believe in the future of Blockchain, NFT's and Open Earth.

Why them?

Influencers are a realworld example of the power of decentralisation. The entertainment and digital education industries have moved out of the hands of the production houses and into the hands of the creators. People choose to follow their favourite creators as they connect with them and their content and the value added by the influencers have forever changed the world. There is nothing you cannot learn quickly, no information you cannot discover and hours become seconds while watching the latest uploads.

How do they benefit?

Influencers currently make use of donation platforms that served a great purpose at a certain time. These platforms however are no longer necessary since the influencers are able to use the power of the blockchain to collect donations themselves. The challenge however is that many of these influencers do not have the ability to leverage this so we wish to help them in this process. With some of these platforms charging anything between 8 - 12% of the donation we feel that the influencers are able to benefit immediately by at least 7.5% increase on their existing donations simply by using the blockchain.

We deploy a smart contract per influencer we partner with to facilitate donations directly to the influencer. We provide them a simple platform to do this on and in the process we assist them in getting their communities aware and using the blockchain. We provide this at no cost to the influencer and we will only ever take 0.5% of each donation. This is done merely to keep the platforms that run this facilitation stable and updated.
