You can visit OpenSea to purchase any open market sales of property. The property data will let you know what the market value of the property is according to the last appraisal as well as show some pictures of the gem so that you can choose the property that best suites your needs. Included in the data will be the most recent property class so you can choose between vacation homes, airBNB's, right-of-residence and more. We will even indicate the profit the property made in the last year on the NFT.

Expression of Intent

If you cannot find any property you wish to purchase then you can mint an Expression of Intent NFT through the Open Earth Labs site. During this mint you will state your expression of intent by transferring the amount you wish to invest into our EOI Smart Contract. The money will remain in Escrow here until you decide to execute a purchase or withdraw your expression of intent. You can group your EOI NFT's together so that families can join together to pruchase properties that they all can live in. The ownership can be sold to each other until only one owner remains and they could vote for exclusive living rights.
