Open Earth Labs Fees

Open Earth Labs will charge fees for the Open Property Project as follows:

• 5% creator fee on the resale of any project NFT

• Base Property Management Fee of 1% of the property value per annum

• 1% of any profits generated by the operations of the property

Example

$200 000 property purchased and used as an airBNB. $2 000 NFT trade value per year. 7% per annum return from airBNB activities. 4.95% growth on property value.

Property Owners / NFT Holders

• $9 900 property increase per annum

• $14 000 profit allocation per annum

• $0 expenses since airBNB activities cover operational expenses

• 11.95% per annum return on their NFT investment

• Easy entrance to property ownership without the loss of interest through mortgages

• Ability to easily sell your ownership and purchase ownership in other properties
