The Elementals

This is our play-to-earn game with a real-world connection. The sole purpose of this game is for investors, interested persons and academics to enjoy the benefits of the blockchain and see what possibliities lay within. We make use of The Elementals to launch every project and each project expands The Elementals to create a central pool of value.

Krugerrand Titles

We wish to illustrate the power of the blockchain through In-Trust ownership. We will be purchasing real Krugerrands and storing them safely. These Krugerrands will each have a single NFT whose underlying value is the asset. This NFT will be as good as owning the Krugerrand itself.

The Burn

The play-to-earn game that aims to bring awareness to the blockchain by making the gameplay social media driven, promoting the Open Earth ecosystem through holder benefits and immunity and ultimately rewarding the winners in each class with winnings up to $12 000 000. The game also explores the effects of a determinable reduction of supply on the price of an NFT collection.

Property Ownership

We explore the possibility of making property ownership, governance, usage and profitability available through the blockchain. The second of the In-Trust ownership projects aims to link property title deeds to a limited collection of property ownership NFT's. This brings direct property ownership to more individuals through moving the part-ownership model onto the blockchain.

The Influencers

The influencers are a perfect example of decentralisation as the power moved from the production houses to the creator. This community of creators should be the first to benefit from true decentralisation and we aim to facilitate this by providing them with a service that allows them to move away from their current donation aggregators who take between 8 and 12% of their earnings to a smart contract that keeps only 0.5% of the donations to ensure project viability.

In addition to this we aim to provide the influencers with an opportunity to benefit from The Elementals while also assisting the small private coffee shops and baristers we all love. Our Blockchain Coffee does just this.

The final value-add is a unique influencer NFT collection that allows the influencer to provide holders with unique experiences such as asking guests questions on podcasts, appearing on some videos and more! They will also benefit from 95% of the creator fees earned on their collection.

The 10% Club

The 10% club shows the community how giving only 10% of what you have in terms of either time, money, energy or ideas will change the world. We show that this 10% is the wastage and has little impact on the person giving it.

The 10% club holders are rewarded from the 10% Club reserve which is built up from 10% of the after-tax earnings the Open Earth Labs makes through all projects.

Raptor Rescue

The first of our conservation causes. We investigate the effect that the blockchain can have on non-profit organisations. We explore how awareness, uniqueness and gamification can form a reserve that is able to provide for the cause into perpetuity.

Bursary Funding

The first of our 10% club initiatives. We seek to use the blockchain to provide much needed bursaries to students. We do this through aggregating potential funders and allowing them to fund students based on NFT governance. The invoice payments and continuation of the fund is decided by the funders themselves and not a management partner. Open Earth Labs facilitates these funds on the decisions of the funders directly through smart contracts.
